I am sharing this in a variety of resolutions so you can pick the quality level appropriate for your game - the non-defaults will not conflict, and the ramps are labeled with the quality level so you can easily compare. This is a brand new skin, but should suit sims made with Starfruit, as I try to keep my face textures neutral enough to work with a wide variety of features. It’s still not perfect, but if I don’t share this now, I never will. Everything, from the ears to the fingernails and genitals, has been meticulously painted and tweaked to the best of my ability.
